A spirited and smart young man is seduced by a renowned law firm in Memphis which endeavours to recruit him into the staff, even though he has just obtained his law degree from Harvard. However he will soon realize that strange incidents are happening in the powerful company and he will end up finding out a criminal plot well hatched that he will try to reveal, no matter who gets hurt in the process.
