It is an intensive workshop where we will undertake the creation of a photobook, on the basis of a previous photographical work. We will go over the different processes which should be followed before the final edition. A two-day workshop where practice and dialogue will be part of the group learning.
The first session will deal with the analysis of the materials, the conceptual approach, the development and the design of the photobook.
- Meaning and goal of a photobook.
- Analysis of the work material (photographical selection, text, etc.) and search of the conceptual approach.
- Development of the idea and implementation of the design as a tool for development.
- Interaction with the environment. Which elements should be taken into account?
In the second session of the workshop we will finish the edition and we will devote time to present the projects and discuss about them.
