In 1560, soon after the destruction of the Inca Empire, an expedition of Spanish conquerors march down from the Andes Mountains into the Amazon jungle to the East in search of the fabled land of El Dorado. Through the diary of the Brother Diego Gaspar de Carvajal we will know all the details of that perilous adventure.
